Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a product using a subscription or recurring delivery option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

To cancel a subscription, you must contact our customer support team at hello@aurelisia.com or follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account area, if available. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the upcoming order.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Any charges already processed before the cancellation request will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription purchase options at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance when required.
