If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, customers must provide clear proof that the product has been genuinely used as instructed. This may include clear photos of the product packaging and container, photos showing the remaining amount of product, a photo of the product placed on a scale to confirm the remaining weight, evidence showing that a meaningful amount of the product has been used, typically around half of the container, and any other images or information our support team may reasonably request to review the claim.
This policy is designed to ensure that customers have had a fair opportunity to try the product before requesting a refund.
Please note that refunds may be denied if the product appears unused, mostly full, intentionally emptied, damaged on purpose, or if the request appears fraudulent or abusive.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used body care products unless specifically requested and approved by our customer support team.
Once a body cream has been opened, used, or removed from its original condition, it cannot be resold or reused.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aurelisia.com.
When contacting us, please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, photos of the packaging, and any images that help confirm the issue occurred during shipping and was not intentional.
Our customer support team will carefully review your request.
If the issue is verified, we may offer a free replacement shipment, a partial refund if the product is still usable, a full refund if deemed necessary, or a return and refund if requested and approved by our support team.
Any return must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be approved if the product has not been used properly, if the customer does not provide the required proof of use, or if the request is based on expectations that are not consistent with the product information provided on our website.
Customers are encouraged to carefully read the product description, ingredients, usage instructions, and expected results before completing their purchase.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card provider.

Aurelisia reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, repeated refund requests, intentionally damaged products, or incomplete evidence.
