Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States of America only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product quality checks, holidays, or operational delays, processing may occasionally take longer than expected. We always do our best to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

For orders below $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, and logistical conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. This is normal and does not necessarily mean that your order has not shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aurelisia.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed, we will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aurelisia.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and, if the issue is verified, may offer a replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
